Sinéad O’Hart lives in County Meath, near Dublin with her husband and their daughter. She has done many jobs in her life, including working as a butcher and a bookseller. She has a degree in English and History, a PhD in Old and Middle English Language and Literature and can read Middle English with perfect fluency.

The Eye of the North is Sinéad’s first book and released in Ireland and Europe on the 8th February 2018. It’s suitable for 8 to 12 year olds.
